A licensed underwriter will review your full file to ensure it meets all guidelines. They may request additional documents — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Once approved, we send your file to closing! You'll review and sign final documents and get ready to fund.
You sign your final paperwork (often done electronically or with a mobile notary), and the loan is funded. If you're refinancing or pulling cash out, you typically receive funds within 3 business days.
